Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we have specific return policies:

Fresh Flower Arrangements

If you receive flowers that are damaged, wilted, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:

  • Replacement of the arrangement
  • Full or partial refund
  • Store credit for future purchases

Dried Flower Arrangements

Dried flower arrangements can be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are defective or not as described. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging (for dried arrangements)
  • Returned within the specified time frame
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Fresh flowers that have been displayed for more than 24 hours
  • Custom or personalized arrangements
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care

Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us, and we will guide you through the process.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
